As a branch of You First Mortgage, you will have direct access to all of our lender relationships. You have over 30 wholesale lenders to choose from to get your borrower the absolute lowest rate on the market.
- Originate loans as a broker with the best lenders in the industry, we also pass on our preferred pricing and 24 hour turn times.

EXPERIENCED PROCESSING STAFF
Our teams of processors have decades of combined experienced in Conventional, Subprime, Jumbo, VA and FHA loans. We recognize the value behind a strong processing staff and have some of the best in the industry.
The Loan Officer Will
- Take the loan application
- Collect borrower docs
- Identify lender, pricing & program
- Order payoff and subordination agreement (if necessary)
- Verify disclosures are accurate and complete
- Review credit report, bank statements, pay stubs & W-2's
- Submit loan package to lender
- Complete a file for review
YFM Processing Will
- Clear lender conditions
- Contact hazard insurance company for new mortgagee clause
- Prepare fee sheet for review by a broker, then submit to lender
- Coordinate closing schedule
- Follow up to confirm closing was successful
- Keep the broker informed throughout the loan process
